1. General Policy

Due to the perishable nature of floral arrangements, Exceptionaltrend has specific policies regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Standard Orders

Orders may be cancelled with a full refund if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or event date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2.2 Custom Orders

Custom orders and event floristry services may have different cancellation terms as specified at the time of order confirmation. Generally, custom orders require at least 72 hours' notice for cancellation.

2.3 Same-Day Orders

Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun, as flowers are prepared fresh for immediate delivery.

3. Return Policy for Floral Arrangements

3.1 Fresh Floral Arrangements

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we cannot accept returns of delivered floral arrangements. However, we stand behind the quality of our work.

3.2 Quality Issues

If you receive an arrangement that does not meet our quality standards or differs significantly from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:

  • Replacement of the arrangement
  • Partial or full refund (at our discretion)
  • Credit toward a future order

3.3 Documentation Required

To process a quality-related claim, we may require photographs of the arrangement and proof of delivery. Please contact us immediately if you have concerns about your order.

4. Event Services

4.1 Event Cancellations

Event floristry services may be cancelled according to the following schedule:

  • More than 14 days before event: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
  • 7-14 days before event: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before event: No refund (materials may have been ordered and prepared)

4.2 Event Modifications

Modifications to event orders are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Contact us as soon as possible to discuss modifications.

5. Gift Orders

5.1 Gift Recipient Issues

If a gift recipient reports quality issues or delivery problems, please contact us within 24 hours. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

5.2 Gift Order Cancellations

Gift orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.

6. Refund Process

Refunds, when approved, will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary:

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • Bank transfers: 7-14 business days

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Custom arrangements that have been delivered
  • Event services that have been performed
  • Same-day orders that have been processed
  • Delivery fees (unless delivery was not completed due to our error)

11. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective arrangement, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Please provide photographs of the damaged item and proof of delivery to expedite the resolution process.

12. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item that differs significantly from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange for the correct item to be delivered or provide a full refund.

We may request that you return the incorrect item, and we will cover all return shipping costs.

13. Late Delivery

If your order arrives late due to our error, we will work with you to resolve the issue. This may include a partial refund, credit toward a future order, or other appropriate compensation.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

14. Gift Order Issues

If you ordered flowers as a gift and the recipient reports issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a replacement arrangement or providing a refund.
